Code of Ethics
ACCA of Central Florida's Mission Statement and Code of Ethics are the guiding principles of the association.
Code of Ethics
All members of ACCA of Central Florida agree to observe and be bound by the following Code of Ethics and Business Standards:
- Instill the highest respect for our profession within our community;
- Necessitate strict compliance to all ordinances and laws prescribed by Federal, State, County, and Municipal Governments pertaining to our business;
- To Maintain a clean, respectable, well identified place of business commensurate with the high standards of our profession;
- Engineer, design, install and service warm air heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems in accordance with recommended practices;
- Generate an understanding of proper equipment selection that would assure the customer of safe, dependable, and comfortable performance;
- Resolve to uphold the highest ethical standards of selling, advertising, pricing, installation and service guided by the principles of honesty and integrity;
- Increase our efficiency through educational programs to contribute a portion of our time and thought to the advancement of our industry through our association;
- To promote the growth of the industry through closer cooperation between ACCA contractors and the manufacturers, wholesale and utilities serving our industry; and
- Yield an excellent policy of customer relationship and service and uphold the policies and warranties of the manufacturer.
